Tom Vaughan, M.D. – President
Dr Tom Vaughan is a bike and sports enthusiast who founded Free Bikes 4 Kidz Delaware in December 2022 after meeting FB4K founder Terry Esau on a COVID Zoom meet up following a Free Bikes 4 Kidz charity bike ride led by former NBA star Bill Walton. Dr Vaughan has served as a Radiologist at Bayhealth since 1992.
Dr. Vaughan lives in Fenwick Island, DE with his wife Dede where they enjoy visits from their 3 grown children, their spouses and grandchildren as often as possible.
